Zusammenfassung

AMR in Union City, TN is hiring a full-time Paramedic to deliver compassionate, high-quality medical care on emergency and patient relocation calls. You will operate defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and IV fluids while leading the on-scene team and coordinating with public safety personnel.

Hourly rates start at $21.50 with DOE. A State Paramedic License, valid driver's license, and current BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic certifications are required.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED is required.
State Paramedic License is required.
State Driver’s License is required.
BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.
Driving record in line with policy.

Aufgaben

Assess call situations and determine best course of action using Paramedic protocols.
Utilize Paramedic skills with medical equipment including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids for advanced care.
Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance about care.
Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.
