Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Paramedic License must be current.

• BLS, ACLS and NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine the best action per Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize skills on defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction for advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and reassurance.
• Lead the Paramedic team and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Engage in community programs to support AMR image and community relations.
