Job summary

United Water Restoration Group, Inc. is seeking a Fire Chaser / Emergency Response Sales Representative to respond to fire losses across Central Florida. You will meet homeowners at damaged properties, explain restoration steps, and secure authorizations to begin work.

This role emphasizes speed, empathy, and decisive action to help customers recover. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commissions and target earnings of $75,000 to $110,000+.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience is preferred but not required.
• Backgrounds in restoration sales, fire restoration, water restoration, insurance or insurance adjusting are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to fire-loss opportunities within your territory.
• Meet homeowners and property owners at fire-damaged properties.
• Establish trust and provide reassurance during highly stressful situations.
• Explain the fire restoration and recovery process to customers.
• Present our restoration services and secure signed work authorizations.
• Coordinate with insurance professionals, agents, and referral partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
