Job summary

United Water Restoration Group, Inc. is seeking a Fire Chaser / Emergency Response Sales Representative in Central Florida. You will respond to fire losses, meet homeowners, and guide them through our restoration process to restore their homes and belongings.

This role offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with uncapped commission and target earnings of $75,000–$110,000+, with top performers earning $125,000+.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, especially in high-pressure emergency scenarios is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel within Central Florida and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to fire-loss opportunities across your territory
• Meet homeowners and property owners at fire-damaged sites
• Explain our restoration process and reassure customers
• Present services and secure signed work authorizations
• Coordinate with insurance professionals and our operations team
• Follow up on opportunities and develop referral relationships
• Represent the company professionally in the community
• Participate in emergency/on-call rotation
