You will coordinate with insurers to begin the process and provide reassurance during a stressful time. The role emphasizes speed, customer empathy, and building trust, with performance-based income and a clear path to significant earnings in a growing restoration

Qualifications

• Restoration sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and manage high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to new fire-loss opportunities throughout your territory.
• Meet homeowners and property owners at fire-damaged properties.
• Explain our restoration process and secure signed work authorizations.
• Coordinate with insurance professionals and referral partners.
• Develop relationships with fire departments and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Participate in an emergency/on-call rotation.
