This role emphasizes speed, trust, and aggressive follow-up, with a base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn substantial commissions, with flexible scheduling, including on-call emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Restoration sales or related background preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle emergencies and on-call shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to gain trust and secure authorization.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to fire-loss opportunities across territory.
• Meet homeowners and property owners at fire-damaged properties.
• Explain restoration process and secure signed work authorizations.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, agents, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
