Job summary

United Water Restoration Group, Inc. is seeking a Fire Chaser / Emergency Response Sales Representative to respond to fire losses across Central Florida. You will meet homeowners at damaged properties, explain restoration steps, and secure authorizations to begin work.

This role emphasizes speed, empathy, and decisive action to help customers recover. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commissions and target earnings of $75,000 to $110,000+.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience is preferred but not required.
• Backgrounds in restoration sales, fire restoration, water restoration, insurance or insurance adjusting are a plus.

We are looking for a Fire Chaser / Emergency Response Sales Representative who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, and knows how to take control of a difficult situation.

When a homeowner experiences a fire, they aren't looking for a salesperson. They're looking for someone who can walk through the door, calm the situation down, explain what happens next, and give them confidence that their home and belongings are going to be taken care of.

That's your job.

You will be the face of our company during some of our customers' worst moments.

You'll respond to fire losses, meet with property owners, assess the situation, explain our restoration process, coordinate with insurance professionals, and secure the authorization needed for our team to begin restoring the property.

What You'll Do

• Respond rapidly to new fire-loss opportunities throughout your territory
• Meet homeowners and property owners at fire-damaged properties
• Establish trust and provide reassurance during highly stressful situations
• Explain the fire restoration and recovery process to customers
• Inspect properties and identify immediate restoration needs
• Present our restoration services and secure signed work authorizations
• Work closely with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners
• Communicate with customers throughout the initial stages of the restoration process
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff
• Follow up aggressively on opportunities that have not yet converted
• Develop relationships with fire departments, insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other potential referral sources
• Generate additional business through networking and relationship development
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, appointments, and sales activity
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
• Represent our company professionally in the community
• Participate in an emergency/on-call rotation

THIS IS NOT A 9-TO-5 SALES JOB.

Fire losses don't happen between 9 and 5.

You may receive an opportunity at 10 AM, 7 PM, or 2 AM.

When the call comes in, the Fire Chaser responds.
