Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to coordinate emergency water damage response services, liaising with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff. You will monitor jobs, provide updates, and ensure accurate data entry across multiple software platforms.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years of dispatching or call center experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in our corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during often stressful situations for our clients.
