You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Dell desktops, and Cisco video conferencing equipment, focusing on rapid response and complete resolution. Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience with Dell desktops.
• Experience with Cisco video conferencing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ability to support desktop, mobile, VPN, and remote access.
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on rapid, complete resolution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide troubleshooting for applications and custom systems.
• Resolve issues related to desktop, mobile, VPN, and remote access.
• Support proactive monitoring of critical systems and services to identify potential issues before they impact users.
