Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Customer Service professional to support proactive service for external and internal customers. The role requires quick response times, strong communication with operations and sales, and a commitment to Lippert’s high standards of customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience, with potential for training and advancement within our RV

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours or less.
• Maintain a fast phone response with team average of 30 seconds.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to ensure timely communication.
• Provide proactive support and solve customer issues.
• Handle internal and external customer problems to satisfaction.
