Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages highly desirable.
• Valid Driver's License and Passport required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead diverse community outreach teams in activation.
• Respond within four hours to disaster areas to manage ground operations.
• Design and implement adaptable field response strategies in high-stress environments.
• Coordinate with other WCK departments to support activation needs.
• Complete After-Action Reports post-activation wind-down.
