Job summary

Nextaff is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. CNAs provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe environment for residents and patients.

The position offers W2 employment, weekly pay, and access to a wide variety of job opportunities, including Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Contract, and Direct Hire roles. Paperless onboarding and health benefits are provided to qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months recent CNA experience.
• In-person BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Willing to obtain a recent TB test and work physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility and safe patient transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Follow facility policies and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
