Job summary

The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Case Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the RRH program. You will empower participants to navigate housing resources, complete Coordinated Entry assessments, and collaborate with community partners to secure and maintain housing.

Responsibilities include holistic, strength-based case management, documentation, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to advance housing stability and self-sufficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; social services experience preferred.
• If degree is in social work, must be licensed by the state board.
• Minimum experience in social services and case management is required.
• Background checks, valid driver’s license, and MVR compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based, person-centered case management to RRH participants.
• Complete Coordinated Entry assessments and develop housing stability plans.
• Coordinate services and connect participants to community resources.
• Maintain accurate participant files and documentation per funding requirements.
