Job summary

The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Case Manager in Minneapolis to assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing the RRH program. The role involves strength‑based, person‑centered case management, completing Coordinated Entry assessments, and coordinating services with community partners to help participants secure and maintain housing.

Working 35 hours per week, the position offers hourly pay between $20.81 and $25.35 and opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass background checks, have a valid driver's license, and meet MVR requirements.
• Experience in social services is required.
• Experience in long-term case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Housing placement and community partnerships through RRH referrals and service connections.
• Case management and participant support with coordinated entry assessments and housing stability plans.
• Documentation and data management in accordance with funding and organizational requirements.
• Program and community engagement to support RRH goals and partnerships.
