Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring for an Omni Experience Ambassador in our warehouse. You will pull orders from a pick list, verify items with a handheld RF scanner, and move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area to prepare orders for delivery or pickup.

You will support club policies and safety standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to members and teammates. Prior wholesale/retail experience helps, and a team-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prev. order pulling experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases from a pick list in a fast, courteous manner.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory issues and replenishment needs to the team.
• Ensure timely order picking to meet productivity goals.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
