Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a part-time Omni Experience Ambassador to support omni-channel initiatives and member services in our warehouse environment. You will pull items from pick lists, verify counts with a handheld RF scanner, and move products from the sales floor to the staging area for efficient order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and fast, friendly service while upholding club standards and member satisfaction. Weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/ wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases efficiently and courteously by pulling merchandise from pick lists.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify counts and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and help restock as needed.
