Mile High Harley Parker South is seeking a Motorcycle Sales & Internet Lead Response Specialist to manage online inquiries and convert them into in-store appointments. You will serve as the first point of contact for internet leads, delivering rapid, professional communication that builds excitement and trust around motorcycles.

In this role you will qualify leads, coordinate with the sales team, and log all activity in the CRM while maintaining strong customer relationships across digital

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital lead management.
• Ability to multitask and manage high lead volumes.
• Professional phone presence and disciplined follow-up.
• Interest in motorcycles and powersports is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and respond to internet leads from dealership sources.
• Respond promptly (5–15 minutes during business hours).
• Qualify customer interest, motorcycle preferences, budget, and timeline.
• Contact customers via phone, text, and email to build rapport and provide product information.
• Convert inquiries into dealership appointments and coordinate with sales.
• Log all communications in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure no lead goes unanswered and run follow-up campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales to communicate expectations and feedback.
