Responsibilities

• Test Fit Development: produce high-velocity 2D layouts to validate footprints.
• Scenario Modeling: iterate on floor plan options based on input from planners.
• Feasibility Checks: assess constraints to keep tests realistic and code-compliant.
• CAFM & Drawing Management: maintain drawing files and IWMS data links.
• Visual Storytelling: create color-coded plans and heat maps for leadership reviews.
• Executive Presentations: prepare polished CAD visuals for leadership.
