Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meeting safety and quality standards.

You will handle work orders, prep vacant homes, manage tools and inventory, coordinate with vendors, and document work; candidates should have a HS diploma and 1-3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and proficient property software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing parts rather than replacing, and uses materials efficiently.
• Maintains inventory and tracks materials; notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Inspects work by contractors for quality, scope and specifications.
