RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep inside and external areas of the property clean, safe, and functional. You will handle routine repairs, manage make-ready processes for vacants, and document service requests, while coordinating with vendors and property management.

The role emphasizes safety, occupancy readiness, and cost-conscious maintenance, with regular weekend availability and a 40-hour work week in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Maintaining buildings, grounds, and common areas to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine upkeep.
• Performs make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Follows cost-control practices by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Maintains inventory and documents material usage and reorders as needed.
• Inspects work by contractors or vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in safety meetings and required training.
• Assists in periodic property inspections and communicates needs to management.
