Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain interiors, exteriors, and common areas of our properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and uphold safety and appearance standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, strong communication, and familiarity with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. Weekday and weekend availability is required; benefits include PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and delivery skills with residents and team.
• Proven customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready inspections and coordinates vendors for vacant units.
• Repairs issues to meet safety, cleanliness, and code standards.
• Keeps accurate maintenance inventory and documents work performed.
• Participates in periodic property inspections and safety meetings.
