Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Maintenance Technician to service multifamily communities in Tampa. You will handle maintenance requests, perform make-ready tasks on vacants, and work with vendors to ensure high-quality repairs while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include completing work orders within 24–48 hours, maintaining inventory, and documenting activities. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience, and be proficient with Entrata, Yardi, or One Site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or One Site.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work orders within 24–48 hours while maintaining quality.
• Prepares vacant units through make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Oversees contractors and vendors to ensure work meets standards and specs.
• Tracks inventory and completes required paperwork for service requests.
• Attends safety meetings and complies with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Interacts professionally with residents and coworkers to resolve inquiries and concerns.
