Vista Verde Ranch is seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator based in the front office in Colorado. You will manage digital platforms, generate reports, and support reservations and guest inquiries to guide marketing and sales strategy.

The role requires strong data skills, experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, and a comfort with automation tools like Zapier. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales & Hospitality and Front Office team.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and spreadsheet skills with formulas.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Experience with Zapier or integration software.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate takeaways.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HubSpot, CRM, POS and related platforms, ensuring records, inquiries and sales activity are accurate.
• Prepare recurring reports on marketing initiatives, guest inquiries, bookings and sales performance.
• Troubleshoot routine software issues and coordinate with vendors or technical support.
• Assist with reservations, guest communications and front-office coverage.
