Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and strategy, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience developing custom events for a broad range of clients, up to and including C-suite personnel and executives.
• Hands-on ranch or farm experience.
• A self-starter with resourceful thinking, and a willingness to do some manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and marketing activities, including craft and deploy high-impact social media strategies.
• Optimize website performance and e-commerce operations to improve user journey and maximize checkout conversion rates.
• Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Grow and develop strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track sales growth and ROI via Google Analytics.
• Manage and support ranch events and customer experience; provide planning and on-site/off-site support.
