Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurability
• Food Handlers/Food Safety Manager certification required
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication; reliability and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and order/purchase food inventories.
• Prepare meals according to the menu and recipes.
• Prep vegetables, meals, beverages, breads and desserts.
• Serve lunches to employees and guests 11:30am–1:00pm.
• Keep the lunchroom and kitchen clean; perform housekeeping.
• Communicate kitchen concerns or needs to the Supervisor
