Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service with leadership to meet flavor, freshness, variety and presentation.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout service.
• Manage daily menu descriptions and dietary information for each item.
• Coordinate dietary restrictions and special meal needs with Culinary Leadership.
• Monitor presentation, replenishment, portions, rotation and waste.
• Engage Ranch Team Members, welcome feedback, and uphold dining experience.
