Responsibilities

• Support the AM Lead Chef with lunch service.
• Support the PM Lead Chef with Dinner Service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients; clean and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with sous chefs, prep cooks, and dishwashers to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact professionally with guests; accommodate special requests.
• Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to minimize waste.
• Communicate with FOH staff about dietary restrictions.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health codes; keep areas sanitary.
• Self-disciplined; take the lead to ensure tasks are completed.
