Job summary

Powdr Corp. is seeking an on-site Cook at Zion Mountain Ranch in Mt. Carmel, UT. You will assist with meal prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the Cordwood Restaurant or Get Outpost Cafe, ensuring food safety and quality.

This is a full-time, on-site role with earnings around $18/hour, plus housing and benefits. Experience is not required, though culinary school or prior kitchen work is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, join a team, and contribute to

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of basic food items under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Assist with dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and waste management.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures per ServSafe standards.
• Handle cash transactions and balance the drawer when working in the cafe.
• Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure quality and portion control.
