Destination Zion Lodge LLC in Zion National Park is seeking a skilled Cook 3 to lead meal preparation, train kitchen staff, and oversee daily kitchen operations. This role demands advanced culinary skills, strict food safety practices, and the ability to supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2.

The position offers onsite housing, competitive hourly pay starting at $19.20 per hour, and opportunities to advance within POWDR properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a kitchen or culinary role, with supervision experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Must adhere to ServSafe food safety regulations.
• Utah Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation for all meals and supervise kitchen staff.
• Train Cook 1 and Cook 2, enforce recipes and safety.
• Develop new menu items and daily specials.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
