Job summary

WaterBridge is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee ranch infrastructure including ROWs, wells, and O&G-related facilities. The role requires coordinating fence lines, roads, and reporting monthly caliche sales while ensuring regulatory and safety adherence.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and be proficient in MS Word/Excel. Driving is required and company housing may be provided during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to use Google Earth for mapping.
• Knowledge of water transfer and freshwater wells helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain ranch infrastructure, including ROWs, fences, roads, and wells.
• Coordinate survey crews and manage pipeline ROWs and new pad sites.
• Report leaks or issues with O&G companies and keep land team informed.
