Job summary

LandBridge, LLC is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee ranch infrastructure, including ROWs, wells, and fencing, while coordinating with the land team on ongoing projects. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will manage road maintenance, report leaks, and support caliche sales tracking, with company housing provided during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to communicate effectively across all business aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain ranch infrastructure including ROWs, fences, roads, and wells.
• Plan, direct, and report road maintenance; track and report on caliche sales and invoicing.
• Report well leaks or issues to land team and O&G companies.
• Identify, eject, or report trespassers to law enforcement as needed.
• Coordinate with land team on ROW issues and project status.
• Provide safety and environmental reporting as required.

This position will be with LandBridge, LLC, an affiliate of WaterBridge Operating, LLC.Summary of Position:The Compliance Coordinator will oversee and maintain ranch infrastructure, including, but not limited to ranch surface, ROW, freshwater wells, existing O&G infrastructure, and reporting of monthly caliche sales.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:The following represents most of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules and standards, as well as corporate policies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Managing existing and upcoming pipeline ROW’s, new pad sites and survey crews for any upcoming infrastructure.Performing maintenance and upkeep on all fence lines, gates and roads.Planning, directing, and reporting road maintenance, as needed.Reporting well leaks or any issues with O&G companies on ranch, as well as land team.Identifying, ejecting, and or reporting trespassers to law enforcement.Communicating on a daily with land team on ROW issues and status of current projects.Tracking caliche for sales and invoicingTraining to operate and manage DBR Fresh Water assets.Conducting other duties as assigned by supervisor, when necessary.Reporting safety/environmental issues to management.Understanding and adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.Qualifications & Requirements:Must have a high school diploma or GED (college diploma is preferred).Must have a valid driver’s license.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Earth.Be able to communicate effectively, across all business aspects.Have general knowledge of water transfer and freshwater wells.Company paid housing will be provided during your working shift.Working Conditions/Environment:Operates in a field environment.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
