A growing energy solutions company is seeking a Field Operator to oversee ranch infrastructure, manage pipeline right-of-ways (ROWs), and ensure compliance with O&G regulations in Orla, TX. The ideal candidate must possess effective communication skills, a high school diploma, and live within 60 miles of the work site. The role includes safety responsibilities and may require physical demands in varied environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively across all business aspects.
• Live in Orla, TX, or within a 60-mile radius from Orla, TX, required.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and upcoming pipeline ROWs, new pad sites, and survey crews.
• Perform maintenance on all fence lines, gates, and roads.
• Report well leaks or issues with O&G companies.
