Job summary

Lippert in Seguin, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning and inventory for Ranch Hand products. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service to optimize supply chain performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and experience in manufacturing SCM; strong ERP and MS Office skills; travel daily to our sites; supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years as Supply Chain Manager in manufacturing.
• Proficient with ERP and MS Office Suite.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and inventory teams coordinating with Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, Sales and Customer Service.
• Create the master production plan and ensure finite scheduling to meet demand.
• Lead inventory management including cycle counting and monthly reporting.
• Propose technology/methods to improve schedule attainment and lead times.
• Identify, track and report progress against key SCM KPIs.
• Lead and develop team members through regular 1-1s.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and manufacturing to select vendors.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
