Job summary

Lippert Components in the United States is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our end-to-end supply chain strategy from our South Bend area operations.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Operations and Customer Service, KPI definition and continuous improvements, while traveling as needed. A BA in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or equivalent role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM, AP Modules and SAP Plant Maintenance.
• BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Determine key supply chain KPIs.
• Suggest solutions for process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.
• Train and evaluate team members; provide constructive feedback.
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing to select vendors and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
