Job summary

Electric Reliability Council of Texas is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator Sr in Taylor, TX to manage the flow of goods across the supply chain. You will coordinate shipments, negotiate with carriers, and ensure accurate inventory records while supporting receiving and shipping activities.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in shipping/receiving or facilities operations, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in shipping, receiving or facilities operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License preferred.
• Onsite work in Taylor, TX five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment and receipt of products, materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and carriers on deliveries.
• Track and update status of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate daily log of moves and inventory counts.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of employees with equipment handling.
