Lippert in Seguin, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning and inventory for Ranch Hand products. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service to optimize supply chain performance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and experience in manufacturing SCM; strong ERP and MS Office skills; travel daily to our sites; supervisory responsibilities.

Our Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is responsible for leading and directing the planning and inventory teams of Ranch Hand products. The SCM will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain to ensure wise resource utilization, productivity, and customer order fulfillment. This role will collaborate closely with customer service and shipping to ensure customer needs are fulfilled accurately in a timely manner.
Travel to our South Texas manufacturing sites is required daily.

This position has supervisory responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site position. Hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands.
