Job summary

NGL Energy Partners in Orla, TX is seeking a Pipeline Technician to work under the Pipeline Operations Engineer. You will perform construction, operation and maintenance of the oil and gas pipeline system, ensuring safe and efficient flow.

The role requires at least two years of pipeline operation experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of pipeline operation and installation experience is required.
• Technical experience in pipeline automation is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to general pipeline construction, operation, and maintenance of the pipeline system.
• Calibrate flow meters and troubleshoot, test, maintain and repair pipeline equipment (valves, operators, filtration systems).
• Drive product through the pipeline and monitor connection points to ensure flow accuracy.
• Perform valve inspections and maintain line integrity; follow safety standards and attend trainings.
• Coordinate with third parties and company personnel for excavations, crossings, and digs; assist in new pipeline projects.
