Bar Cross Ranch in Wyoming seeks a Ranch Facilities Assistant to support maintenance of buildings, fences, irrigation, and equipment. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, safety, and collaboration with the ranch team to keep facilities in top condition.

The successful candidate will perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks, work with various contractors, and assist with ranch operations and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years maintaining electrical and plumbing components.
• Experience with irrigation equipment and landscape systems.
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, vehicle, mechanical, landscape, and general facility management.
• Interact with contractors and specialists.
• Assist with ranch operations as needed.
• Assist with recreational events as needed.
• Monitor pest control and preventive measures.
