Three Forks Ranch is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to care for 50+ buildings, guest lodges, staff housing, workshops, and utility systems on the Colorado Wyoming border. You will troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support seasonal projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a resort setting.
• Broad knowledge in plumbing, heating, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours on-call service requests.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on buildings, utilities, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections.
• Maintain and service pools, spas, and related equipment, including water quality testing and chemical balancing.
• Collaborate with management and vendors to support seasonal projects.
