You will model Legendary Service, coach department leaders, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role requires restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Food Handler and TABC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Outlets in overseeing day-to-day Food and Beverage operations and ensuring consistent execution of property standards.
• Serve as a hands-on leader, engaging with guests and team members and supporting operations as needed.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
