The role oversees daily activities and program planning, coordinating with the Ranch Camp Manager and Wrangler Lead to model a Christian lifestyle and nurture campers’ growth through program activities and curriculum aligned with MHA’s mission. The position requires a mature faith, strong character, and the ability to lead, teach, and supervise staff and campers while ensuring safety and program objectives are met

Qualifications

• Articulate the gospel of Jesus Christ as Scripture.
• Demonstrate a personal, committed faith in Christ.
• Take initiative with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Engage in a variety of outdoor activities.
• Lead worship (preferred).
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ranch Camp schedules and program with staff.
• Work with Ranch Camp Manager and Wrangler Lead.
• Deliver quality programs for campers from elementary to high school.
• Ensure programs meet objectives and safety.
• Lead staff meetings and program activities.
• Maintain camp cleanliness and order.
• Attend staff meetings and events.
• Oversee Timberline trail rides as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
