Job summary

Grace Adventures is seeking staff for its seasonally operated summer camp program. The role involves caring for campers physically, emotionally, and spiritually while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

You will supervise and mentor campers, lead Bible studies, and participate in the Ranch Hands program, including housing, meals, and barn duties. Teaching riding and coordinating activities with CHA standards will be essential.

Qualifications

• Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Love for kids and adults and ability to communicate with them.
• Good health and stamina for long hours and outdoor work.
• Experience in teaching kids and willingness to participate in camp activities.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Create a safe physical, emotional, spiritual, and social environment for campers.
• Supervise campers and manage behavior.
• Oversee housing, meals, herd feeding, and barn duties (Ranch Hands).
• Lead Bible studies and weekly one-on-one conversations with campers.
• Teach horse riding classes and trail rides (Paradise Ranch CHA-based).
• Assist in other Ranch-related program activities.
• Attend camp activities, meals, staff meetings, and complete paperwork.
