Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a Ranch Camp Lead to oversee daily activities and program delivery for Ranch Camp, working with the Ranch Camp Manager and Wrangler Lead to provide a holistic, Christ-centered experience for campers.

The role requires a mature faith, CPR/First Aid certification, and a willingness to drive camp vehicles. 21+ with a valid license is required; prior experience with youth programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR and First Aid certified.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with elementary to high school campers preferred.
• Articulate the gospel and demonstrate a committed faith in Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Ranch Camp daily activities and programs.
• Coordinate schedules with Ranch Camp Manager and Wrangler Lead.
• Prepare and lead staff meetings and program activities.
• Ensure safety and organization of staff and campers.
• Oversee Timberline trail rides and camp areas.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the staff community.
