Job summary

Verizon Communications is seeking data-driven candidates for its System Performance team to investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues. You will develop network insights from large data sets to improve capacity, coverage and service while creating dashboards and geolocating data for dynamic presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Solid knowledge of Samsung parameters is required, along with the ability to conduct parameter audits and optimizations.
• Understanding of call flow and handshakes is also necessary. Need solid knowledge to examine DMAT/field data logs and find the root cause of degradation.
• Solid knowledge of Samsung network KPIs and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
