As an RF Optimization Expert at SWI in the USA (Remote / Dallas, TX), you will take full ownership of driving network performance improvements, maximizing 5G KPIs (throughput, accessibility, retainability, latency, and coverage), and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass analyzing complex 5G, LTE, and UMTS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), troubleshooting network degradations, performing parameter tuning and neighbor relation audits, and utilizing post-processing tools such as TEMS and Actix. You will collaborate directly with customers to provide technical guidance, develop standard operating procedures and technical guidelines, and deliver comprehensive network engineering training. Working in a fast-paced telecommunications environment requiring current or recent Ericsson expertise, you will lead complex optimization initiatives and ensure uncompromised network quality.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of professional Ericsson RF Optimization experience across legacy and modern wireless technologies (LTE/UMTS).
• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Ericsson 5G RF Optimization (Standalone / Non-Standalone architectures).
• Minimum 2+ years of professional hands-on experience with Ericsson VoNR (Voice over New Radio) and VoLTE deployments.
• Strong expertise in 5G KPI analysis, troubleshooting, traffic balancing, and radio network performance optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency utilizing RF drive-test and post-processing tools including TEMS and Actix.
