Job summary

Invences Inc. is seeking a RAN Test & Integration Engineer to perform hands-on RAN configuration, testing, and validation. You will execute manual and automated tests, support feature and product integration tests, and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous verification.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements while reporting status to stakeholders. Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring RAN core-network elements and user equipment.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows OS configuration.
• Hands-on with RF lab equipment such as network/spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Understanding of LTE and 5G-NR and 3GPP standards.
• Familiar with DHCP, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6 networking.
• Experience using JIRA and Bitbucket for project management and version control.
• Skilled in test execution, results collection, and report generation.
• Open RAN knowledge is a plus; XML and RPC interfaces familiarity.
• Ability to complete manual and automated test cases with precision.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Python or Shell scripting proficiency.

• Conducting new feature and regression verification on asprint cadence to maintain strict quality standards.
• Providing support for new product integration tests toensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshooting to determine the root cause of performanceissues and test failures, driving continuous improvementsin our processes.
• Providing regular status updates to internal collaboratorsto keep everyone informed and aligned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with the configuration of RAN corenetwork elements and user equipment.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systemconfiguration.
• Hands-on experience using RF lab equipment such as networkanalyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Deep understanding of wireless technologies like LTE and5G-NR, along with industry standards such as 3GPP.
• Familiarity with network configurations including DHCP,VLANs, IPv4, and IPv6.
• Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket for projectmanagement and version control.
• Expertise in test execution, results collection, andreport generation.
• Knowledge of Open RAN is an added advantage. Strongunderstanding of XML and RPC interfaces.
• Ability to complete both manual and automated test caseswith precision.
• Skilled in developing and detailing comprehensive testcases and results.
