Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product for Rise's ramps and identity surfaces, ensuring seamless money movement and trusted identity.
• Set direction, participate in architecture discussions, negotiate with providers, and own outcomes with accountability.
• Lead multiple engineering leads, ensuring delivery and coherence across product areas.
• Define and execute rail/provider strategy, evaluating partners and negotiating terms for coverage, cost, and reliability.
• Own economics: transaction costs, FX, fees, and margins per corridor and rail; optimize profitability and user experience.
• Build onboarding and attestation layers for verified identity and federation, enabling partner integrations and scalable growth.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, operations, and engineering to align product strategy with regulatory and business goals.
