Southwest Airlines is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead a team of Ramp Agents and ensure aircraft arrive and depart on schedule. You will guide Safety adherence, supervise equipment readiness, and manage daily reports while coordinating with Airport Operations Teams to resolve issues and uphold service quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, schedule management, and maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced airfield environment.

• Fully functioning, broad knowledge of Airline Operations.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate multiple departments to maintain on-time performance.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required airport credentials.

Mansioni

• Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and guide ground support to ensure requirements are met and safety rules are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant service environment.
• Manage shift bids, daily assignments, payroll, and attendance, ensuring proper staffing and overtime control.
• Lead performance reviews, coach staff, and drive improvements in delay coding and gate control.
