PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to oversee a team of ramp agents and ensure safe, efficient handling of aircraft on the ground. You will coordinate baggage handling, towing, and servicing, while training staff and ensuring compliance with DOT and airport regulations.

Formación

• 2+ years of ramp operations or related aviation field experience.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ramp safety and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to pass background checks including RAIC.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise ramp team operations including aircraft loading/unloading.
• Coordinate ramp activities to ensure timely flight turnarounds.
• Train and mentor ramp staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and safety focus points.
• Oversee baggage, cargo, and mail handling to prevent damage.
• Facilitate communication between ramp, flight crew, and ground ops.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment.
• Enforce safety measures and respond to incidents.
