Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, seeks a Ramp Service Lead (CSR) in Anchorage to oversee ramp operations for large cargo aircraft. You will ensure safe ramp activity, supervise up to 15 staff, and coordinate with customers to maintain service quality.

You will perform weight and balance calculations, operate ground support and de-icing equipment, and handle routine maintenance on equipment, with responsibilities including night/weekend shifts and adherence to security standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining safety and security of ramp activities at all times.
• Conduct day to day interface with customer’s staff.
• Provide leadership and training to Pegasus Ramp Service Agent (RSA) staff.
• Perform aircraft weight and balance calculations.
• Operate all ground service equipment to include heavy cargo loaders.
• Operate aircraft de-icing equipment.
• General maintenance of ground service equipment.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Station Manager.
